Creating User-centric Voice UX

At Alexa Experience Design Team, I design experience with voice to empower users to access information in a more natural and liberating fashion. I study the pragmatics of language, and execute designs in both voice only & multimodal approach to satisfy users’ contextual need. In the past couple of months, I help ship Movies & Showtimes, Volume Control and Calendar Event Creation features on Alexa. I am also the UX owner of Amazon Tap, where I focus on defining the step up process and device control model for the hardware product.
